Q. 1: What is Rent Game Canada and how does the service work? |

Rent Game Canada is the better, faster way to get the games you want
- and play them as long as you want.
You get unlimited game rentals for one flat subscription rate, so you can try out as many games as you want.
When you join Rent Game Canada, you'll create a list of games you want to rent (Your Game List). We'll send the first two available games in Your Game List right away. When you're finished with a game, send it back in its pre-paid envelope, and we'll send the next available game in Your Game List.

New Update - New Return Button. We have just added a Return button to our site. What this
button does is cut your waiting time down in half. Before when you went to return
a game you would drop it in the mail box and then be forced to wait until we
received the game before your new games would be sent out. This is no longer
the case. Now when you drop an item in the mail box, simply log on and click
the return button that is located below your game rental list. There will be
one button by every game you have in your possession. Few other online rental sites provide this service to there customers. |

Q. 2: Is there a limit on the number of games I can get ? |

No. You can rent as many games as you like during a given month as long
as you are a subscriber. |

Q. 3: How much are shipping charges? |
|
Shipping charges are part of the subscription price. You never pay
additional shipping charges. |

Q. 4: How long does it take to receive my selections? |
|
The average time to receive your selections in the mail is 2-4 business
days. Remote area could take a little longer. |

Q. 5: How can I cancel my subscription? |
|
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at
account@rentgamecanada.com
including your login name or in the contact us form.

Q. 6: Which titles get sent to me first? |
|
Once you become a member, you can start doing your queues list. Just
choose any games you want and click on the button 'Add to queue'.
Choose the priority of each game that you want and we will send you the
first title that we have in stock from the top of your priority list. |

Q. 7: What if I get a game that is damaged or doesn't work? |
|
Contact us at support@rentgamecanada.com. Then send back the damaged or
non-functioning game via the pre-addressed stamped CD mailer provided to you. We
will replace the game as soon as possible. |

Q. 8: How long can I keep the games? |
|
You can keep the games as long as you like, as long as you are an active
subscriber. |

Q. 9: I lost my return mailer. What do I do? |
|
Contact us at support@rentgamecanada.com and we will send you a new
return mailer or you may place the CD sleeve in a protective CD mailer and mail
it to our address: . Please include something with your email and name so we
can credit your account properly. |

Q. 10: How do a refer a friend to Rent Game Canada? |
|
Earn money for every new customer you bring to Rent Game Canada. You'll get $5.00 for each new sign-up + 1$ for each month he is staying.
